Home prices have been climbing throughout 2015. On Tuesday, January 26th S&P Dow Jones Indices will publish the November report and see if the gains continue. The chart shows how the 20 cities have done since the S&P/Case-Shiller National Home Price Index bottomed in January 2012. San Francisco is up almost 70%, Cleveland and New York are a touch above 10%. As a comparison, the S&P 500 is up 46% over the same time period — in line with Los Angeles.
