Find out tomorrow… S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices will be released at 9 AM Tuesday April 26th.
Since last fall home prices across the country have been rising faster than inflation. In the Pacific Northwest prices are rising three to five times faster than inflation. Analysts question if this can continue and whether home buyers are being squeezed out of the market. Even with a strong labor market, there may be limits to how high prices can go.
